Rust protection to the under-body and wheel arches of a classic car and any high mileage modern car will preserve it's integrity. A good under-body rust protection coating is particularly useful to cars that are frequently driven across gritted winter roads on the Northern hemisphere.
Under body rust prevention treatment doesn't last a life-time and should be reapplied about every 5 years. There are a number of options on the market in liquid, wax or oil formulations. Dinitrol anti-corrosion products offer high specification characteristics for treating rust. This product is formulated to provide rust protection for vehicle cavities leaving behind an excellent and impenetrable seal to reduce and eliminate the likelihood of corrosion.
A compressor providing 6 Bar or 90psi operating pressure and 4 CFM (cubic foot per minute) will be required to apply this product.

Dinitrol HP high performance underbody cavity wax

Dinitrol high performance rust prevention product is a transparent, low viscous underbody wax for use as a rust preventative coating on classic cars and other vehicles such as trucks and buses. It can also be applied on other objects where corrosion is a problem.
After drying, the film formed is resistant to temperature up to 180°C. This, therefore also makes the product suitable for application on engine compartments.
