SikaLastomer-710 (310ml) is a butyl based pasty and non-sagging sealant which contains solvents. The curing takes place by physical drying. This product can be used for the plastic sealing of joints in many industrial sectors.

Product Benefits:

  • Easy to apply
  • Good adhesive spectrum
  • Good ageing resistance
  • Plastic behaviour
  • Cures without heat
  • Later disassembly possible

Usage:

SikaLastomer-710 is particularly suitable for plastic seals that can be easily disassembled. It is used in the car, bus, truck and caravan industry. SikaLastomer-710 shows good adhesion with minimal surface preparation on almost every common substrate used in the above-mentioned fields. This product is suitable for experienced professional users only. Tests under actual processing conditions and with additional materials such as fibres and release agents must be performed to proof material compatibility.

Sika Primer - 207 - Black (30ml) is a pigmented, solvent-based Primer for various substrates, which reacts with moisture and forms a thin layer. This layer acts as a link between substrates and adhesives. Sika Primer-207 is specifically formulated for the treatment of bond faces prior to application of Sika’s 1-component Polyurethanes. This primer might provide excellent adhesion without previous activation step on many substrates. Sika Primer-207 fluoresces under long-wave UV light for a limited period of time. This feature is used for in-process control.

Product Benefits

  • Enhanced adhesion on a wide variety of substrates
  • Visible under UV light
  • Easy to use

Advantages

  • Enhanced adhesion on a wide variety of substrates
  • Visible under UV light
  • Easy to use

Usage:

Sika Primer-207 is used to improve adhesion on a very broad range of different substrates such as float glass, ceramic-coated glass, plastics, pre-coatings, painted surfaces, E-coats and metals. Seek manufacturer’s advice and perform tests on original substrates before using Sika Primer-207 on materials prone to stress cracking. This product is suitable for experienced professional users only. Tests with actual substrates and conditions have to be performed to ensure adhesion and material compatibility.

Adhere Pre-Saturated IPS Wipes are convenient and effective – each wipe contains an optimal amount of solvent for the cleaning task.

They replace dispensing bottles and glass containers, and minimise user exposure, improving health & safety.

The wipes are 68gm² hydroentangled cellulose/polyester with low particulate generation and extra absorbency.

They resist tears, hold their strength even when wet, and are non-abrasive.

Rapid evaporation, non-abrasive and safe on plastics.
