Developed and designed specifically for the modern windscreen fitting industry
DINITROL 500 gives the high strength and durability needed as it forms an integral part of body strength giving you safety and peace of mind when driving your vehicle. DINITROL 500 includes the following properties:
Good adhesion on paints
Low odour
Excellent working characteristics
Very good standing properties
Short cut off string
High elasticity Solvent and PVC free OEM approved
Ageing and weather resistant
DINITROL 500 is an aftermarket product designed for use in combination with the Dinitrol surface treatment products DINITROL 520, 530, 540 and 550 for bonding automotive glass
Kit Contains:
2 x 310ml PUR500 Cartridges with Pre-Cut nozzles
1 x PUR530-30ml Black Primer for both Body & Glass
2 x PUR600 Cleaning Wipes
2 x FELT BUDS for applying Cleaner & Primer
1 x FITTING INSTRUCTION SHEET *Please note you will need two tubes to fit a large windscreen such as Ford Transit or Mercedes Sprinter
Safe drive away time without airbags 2 hours, with passenger airbags 4 hours @ 23°C / 50% Relative Humidity
Safe drive away time is the amount of time an adhesive requires to reach the level of strength necessary to safely hold a windscreen in place in the event of a crash.
This means it meets the following crash test standards:
FMVSS 208 - occupant crash protection FMVSS 212 - windscreen mounting FMVSS 216 - roof crush resistance test

Warranty Information
The Company will give the Purchaser the benefit of any warranty it receives from its supplier but shall not be liable for any claim or claims for any indirect or consequential damage or loss (including loss of profit) arising from any breach by it or its contract or any defect in the goods PROVIDED that this exclusion shall not apply to death or personal injury or to liability for breach of obligation under Section 13, 14 or 15 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as against a Purchaser who is a consumer as defined by Section 12 of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
