Product Overview

SINGLE CUT WITH GEARBOX WINDSCREEN REMOVAL TOOL
Single-Cut is a glass removal system that enables the user to remove windscreens, sidelights and backlights of most of today's vehicles. It requires only one operator and is used in conjunction with a standard cordless power driver. It uses a specially developed fibre cord to cut through the PU bead, which will not mark or damage the vehicle paintwork or body. With Single-Cut, the whole cut-out process can be done in minutes!
The cutting out and removal of windscreens on many of today's vehicles can require more time as the design leaves very little or no clearance between the edge of the glass and vehicle body. Great care has been taken to ensure that typical cut-out tools do not damage the body or paintwork, potentially invalidating the manufacturer warranty.

Single-Cut is a revolutionary glass removal system that does not use the usual cut-out wire and thus avoids the risk of damage to paintwork or interiors providing a cost-effective method of glass removal.

Advantages:
No damage to vehicle body or paintwork - fibre cord cannot cut body
Fibre cord cannot spring back under tension - no risk of operator injury
Fibre cord does not heat up PU bead - no isocyanate fumes released
Sturdy die-cast aluminium body - 10 years warranty
Requires only one operator - workshop or mobile
Simple to use - no effort required as power driver does the work
