DINITROL ML3125 Practical Classics 'Best Buy' pdf
Dinitrol ML3125 is a rust prevention fluid with good film building properties for open surfaces as well as for cavities i.e. chassis box sections. It is capable of good penetration into crevices and joints, preventing further corrosion even on damp or dirty surfaces. Leaves a brown, waxy water repellent protective film. It is also recommended that a thin coating (30-50 microns) be applied to the under-body, prior to applying DINITROL 4941, because this product has the ability to creep into the small nooks and crannies that the thicker product is not able to. Super penetrating rust prevention. Stops existing rust.

DINITROL 4941
Dinitrol 4941 is a black external under body rust preventive fluid which provides long term resistance against corrosion and abrasion, even under severe conditions. Provides a tough elastic waxy protective coating. The film is resistant to repair and paint oven temperatures.

DINITROL 4010
Dinitrol 4010 is a long term engine protection product with heat resistance up to 200 centigrade. The product leaves a firm transparent film with short drying time and good adhesion and flexibility on all metal surfaces, rubber and plastic parts. It is resistant to alkali and acidic solutions. Ideal for using under the bonnet, on hose clips and unpainted aluminium, which can corrode leaving a white powder. Suitable for spraying on all areas but avoid exhaust manifolds and down pipes. Any overspray will soon burn off.

DINITROL 445
DINITROL 445 is a black, permanently elastic anti-stone chip product which also protects against corrosion. It has a sound deadening effect and can be overpainted. It does not contain aggressive solvents such as chlorinated hydrocarbons and will not attack PVC coatings. This product should be used in areas where there is high abrasion like wheel arches.

DINITROL 447
DINITROL 447 is a black or grey, fast-drying, rubber and resin based auto-body protection agent. Clearly higher rust protection is achieved through zinc additives. Zinc ions also prevent or delay rust formation in areas where the protective film is damaged. DINITROL 447 Protect Super contains no aggressive solvents such as chlorinated hydrocarbons(CFC/CHC), esters and ketones. Does not attack PVC coatings, is asbestos- and bitumen-free, permanently elastic and resists stone impact and road salt. After thorough drying, DINITROL 447 Protect Super can be coated with all conventional paints.

DINITROL RC800/RC900
DINITROL RC800 is a rust converter for use on rusted surfaces. It is a milky emulsion which converts hard rust into a stable organic iron complex that bonds to the metal surface. After application it will dry to a blue surface and then to black once rust conversion has taken place. It can be applied to internal or external surfaces where rust is evident such as to the box sections or the body of a car. Ideal for wheel arches and inside sills.
Dinitrol RC800 is free from solvent, acid and lead. Do not remove all traces of rust before applying.
RC900 is self-priming and changes to a black semi-gloss finish.
Available in RC800 in 250ml and 1 litre plastic bottle, RC900S in 400ml Aerosol

DIN7225 Autocleaner
Dinitrol Autocleaner efficiently cleans and dissolves fats, waxes, engine and diesel oils. It can be used on most metal parts. Before use, make sure parts and components are compatible with Dinitrol Autocleaner. Characteristics: transparent, low aromatic, high flash point, self separating, bio-degradable, efficient. Can be applied by spraying, brushing or dipping. During spray application care must be taken to prevent electrostatic discharges and occupational exposure to aerosol. Allow product to work for a few minutes, then rinse with cold water. Old, oxidised corrosion protection films may need additional time to dissolve.

DINE17005 DINITROL Spraygun - Schutz Style
This screws directly onto the 1 litre cans and comes with standard nozzle and a 400mm x 10mm hose and used for applying cavity wax. Requires 6 Bar operating pressure and 4 cfm.
Black plugs used for blanking holes drilled to apply cavity wax. These are tapered for easy insertion.
