Description
Corrosion preventive coating which provides long term resistance against corrosion and abrasion, even under extreme conditions.
Dries to a tough elastic waxy protective coating giving a high degree of rust protection.
 
Method of use:
 
The spray can has to be used at room temperature. (16− 25°C)
Shake spray can until the steel mixing balls can be clearly heard.
Apply to surfaces free from corrosion, dust and grease.
 
Recommended spraying distance is 20-30 cm.
 
To ensure an optimal rust protection apply a wet film thickness of 600− 900 μm.
Thicker layers can be applied in separate steps.
Allow the material to dry for at least 15 minutes between the applications.
Leave to dry at room temperature.
 
In order to prevent blocking of the nozzle, turn the can up-side down and empty the pipe.
After a few seconds, only gas will come out.
Then stop spraying.

    Heard a lot about it and thought it was time to use it. During lockdown i decided tostrip down my 1954 MG. I read about Rejel and contacted them for the best products to use. they were 100% correct. Easy to use and a great result.

    4941 - any good?

    Dinitrol 4941 is an excellent product .Using the aerosol version, it is easily applied and adheres well to external chassis surfaces, Care should be taken to avoid contact with the eyes or skin during application (use gloves and eye protection) and it is best applied either in a workshop or on a calm, non - breezy day if working outside. It has a fairly strong odour during application but this is not noticeable afterwards. Over a period of ten years I have used 4941 to protect a Land Rover chassis with re - applications being made every two or three years. The chassis surfaces have remained well protected and corrosion free. Although it is a fairly expensive product, it is extremely good and I can confidently recommend it..

    Dinitrol Underbody Wax

    I bought this product to maintain the full chassis Dinitrol undercoating that I had previously had sprayed onto my Land Rover within the first few months of ownership. So after a few years some small areas were showing slight surface rust and I needed to tackle these. This product is easy to use and very easy to spray leaving a nice professional even coating. I would recommend dinitrol to anyone looking to extend the life of their chassis.

    Have used this in the past. Excellent product. Cannot recommend enough. Covers well and stands up to scrapes and scratches well.

    Easy to use in a spray can that gives a nice even coat without splattering . Drys quickly and gives an OE look Matt look

    Good product nice easy to put on spreads well. Only minor fault it is Matt finish I would like a gloss finish. But under the car who is going to see it and bought for the protection and not for the finish
